RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, we do offer exchanges on eligible apparel (please read our exchange policy). Our apparel fits true to size. For all apparel, please refer to size chart for appropriate size prior to finalizing your order. Accessories, intimate apparel and swim, liquid or wax-containing items such as candles and diffusers are ineligible for return, refund or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments. All prices are as marked.

 

Exchanges

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please read our exchange policy and then, submit an exchange request within seven days of receiving the item (via link below) for an exchange approval PRIOR TO shipping the item(s) back. Approved exchanges are free. Without a prior approval for the exchange, the item(s) will be rejected and shipped back to you at the standard shipping rate. Please read the entire Exchange Policy before requesting approval to exchange your item(s) to make sure all qualifications are met. If your item is eligible for an exchange, you will receive a free return Shipping Label via Email. It is at this point in which you will be able to ship your approved item(s) back to us for an exchange free of charge. The exchange will promptly be shipped out to you after your item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed. A Maximum of one exchange is allowed per order. All exchange requests received after 3pm will be processed the following business day or, following business day after a major Holiday excluding Monday). Free shipping labels allow approved items to be shipped back within seven calendar days. Free shipping labels become void after seven days. 

 

Exchange Eligibility

Eligible Exchanges can be made within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date (if shipped) and before the end of the event (if purchased at a pop-up). If your item to be exchanged was shipped out to you, please submit an exchange request via link no later than seven days from confirmed delivery date to request an exchange. If item to be exchanged was purchased at a pop up, please exchange before end of the event to avoid shipping fee ($15).  Delivery dates are kept on file with us as well as USPS tracking. 

Custom or embroidered apparel, accessories, under garments/intimate apparel, swim, liquid or wax containing items, pre-sale and pre-order items, sale Items, items purchased during a sale, items purchased using a discount code (of any kind), items that have been marked down or discounted (in any way), are considered final sale and international orders (outside of the united states of America) are ineligible for exchange. 

Item(s) to be exchanged must be un-washed, un-worn, without stain, in original packaging with tags still attached and overall, in the same condition it was received.

Shipping costs for unapproved items for exchange (to and from MODRN STUDIO) are non-reimbursable and will be at the customer's discretion. To prevent this occurrence, please await your free return shipping label that will be emailed to you after your exchange has been approved.
